CAS Opportunity :The Oppressed

Our English teacher (Mr Parker) suggested that we write a poem for CAS about one of our childhood memories and I may have gone a little overboard with this but here you go:

We are the first Oppressed.
Our opinions are asked,our voices are ignored.
We're taught to speak our minds
But we're punished when we stand up to authority.

Our dreams are inspired by our innocence
But ruined by reality.
We draw what we don't see
with the hope of it becoming real.
Our imaginations run wild,
but are roughly tamed with scoldings of "Don't be silly".
We feel ashamed of our thoughts so we hide them.
We hide them so we become this distorted version of normal.
We are the first Oppressed.

New CAS Plan

We were requested to create a new CAS plan that includes more projects that we can do.

Projects 

• Dance Medley: We plan on creating a 2-3 minute dance routine that includes various dance genres from hip-hop to house. This might take us until about the end of the term. 
• BISM'S Got Talent: This one will prove to be quite a challenge seeing as it will challenge my organisation skills. Seeing as this is quite a large project,I will have to dedicate a whole post to it later on after I have discussed the details with Mr. Gray.
• Fallin' Cover: I haven't forgotten about this yet but I realised to late that I will need more time. So far I have a minute's worth of footage that I feel needs to be developed on and I also need to add more piano playing into the whole thing but I'm pretty sure what I need right now it time. Hopefully,it will sound better after I get everything to synchronise.
